Crystal House rooftop lighting

The owners of the Crystal House apartments on Fern Street came to the June AHCA meeting to provide information on their request to the County for approval of architectural rooftop lighting.

Afterwards, the topic was discussed in length by attendees, with the majority opinion that AHCA oppose this request. The attached letter was sent to the Zoning Staff detailing this position:
