Neighborhood Conservation Project Scope: Nelly Custis Park
Project scope includes a play area for 5-12 year old kids featuring a large, rope, climbing structure;
associated site furnishings such as benches and trash receptacles; a tricycle loop; stormwater
management likely including a rain garden; removal of invasive species; and additional plantings for
shade and beautification. The project scope will not affect the existing tot lot.
