Response Letter from School Board Chair

Linked is the Response Letter AHCA received today from School Board Chair Violand-Sanchez.

It seems that she was unable to agree with County Board Chair Garvey to add the possibility of a new Elementary School in our area to their Joint Boards Meeting Agenda on February 19.

The letter also states that, in furtherance of the SAWG recommendation, they will be holding a community meeting with County and School Board members in early March to discuss the possibility of a new elementary school in the Pentagon City area post-2019.

We will let you know the details as soon as we find get them. A good turnout at this meeting will be vital toward making process on this issue.
