KIMCO Realty and Bozzuto Construction are continuing the Pentagon Centre – Building C project, also known as, “The Milton”.

Below is a quick summary of ongoing and upcoming dates and impacts for remainder of February and beyond.

• Concrete Completion Date – March 04, 2022
• Washington Gas Utility Installation – COMPLETE
• Window Installation:
  • Projected Start date – March 03, 2022.
  • Projected Completion date – June 01, 2022
• Exterior Brick/Cladding:
  • Projected Start date – January 07, 2022.
  • Projected Completion date – October 28, 2022
• Tower Crane Removal – July 13, 2022, thru July 26, 2022
• Grant Street Traffic Signal Installation:
  • Projected Start date – May 13, 2022.
  • Projected Completion date – Aug 15, 2022.
• From grade to completion.
  • Projected completion date – February 21, 2023
• Modified pedestrian and vehicular travel on 15^th street and S. Hayes Street.
