2001 S Bell/2001 S Clark Review Coming up March 18! The second of three proposed SPRC meetings for this two-tower residential project will cover project updates, transportation, and PDSP/community benefits. A major part of the transportation discussion will focus on the plans for a new block of Clark-Bell, south of 20th Street, and the first part of an eventual realignment of Clark-Bell.
