A hybrid virtual/in-person Site Plan Review Committee meeting for

Americana Hotel will be held on February 13 at 7pm at the Bozman Center Cherry Room on the second floor (2100 Clarendon Boulevard) 

Virtual participation will be accommodated via MS Teams.

The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) will host a hybrid virtual/in-person public meeting to review a proposed site plan located at 1400 Richmond Highway, also known as the Americana Hotel site.

The project website hosts important information about the proposed project, such as:

• Project background and details
• Previous community engagements
• Staff presentations

How to Participate:

1. Attend in-person at Bozman Government Center Cherry Room on the 2nd Floor (2100 Clarendon Blvd.).  Parking and elevator access will be provided.  
2. Attend virtually via MS Teams. A public link will be posted to the project webpage.
