This page provides a summary of the major building development projects underway or expected for Aurora Highlands and our adjacent Crystal City and Arlington Ridge neighbors.
Most of these projects exceed what is allowed “by right” or require formal review processes, which provide an opportunity for residents to weigh in on impacts and offsets that benefit the community. Current volunteers cannot keep up with the workload, so if you are interested in helping out please contact president@aurorahighlands.org. Projects typically have SPRC meetings once a month for 3-5 months.
