Review of final design for a proposed Neighborhood Conservation Street Improvement project for S Fern Street from 19^th to 22^nd Streets S.

The project is a pedestrian safety improvement proposed to include the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk on the west side of Fern Street (the side currently without sidewalk) along with a grass utility strip in between the sidewalk and the street. The project proposes to extend the sidewalk out from the existing curb, which means all of the improvements will be pulled out into Fern Street.

Staff will present the final design for information purposes, and include time to answer questions.
