Thanks go out to David Litman\, our NC rep\, and the members of the working group Alexander Fernández\, Paul Guttridge\, Mary Humphreys\, Geva Lester\, Stephanie Lyons\, Stacy Meyer\, William Pott\, and Julie Bartsch Riley who worked with the county to come up with the new changes.
