Phase 1 of Uber/Lyft lot changes started

Work has begun to open the gate onto Route 1 from the Uber/Lyft lot on S. Eads Street, in response to community requests to the County. Work should take about a week for the temporary signal light to be installed, allowing left turns from the lot and entry to the ramp to the airport access road. This is the first phase to mitigate the traffic problems on S. Eads Street caused by installation of this lot in the spring. Phase II for a more permanent solution is a long way off, but this is a good start.
