AT DOMINION ENERGY, we would like to provide an update to the Crystal Substation Improvement and Expansion Project. On Nov. 14, 2020 we received Arlington County Board approval to construct
the project. We invite you to learn more about the construction process, which is expected to begin in April 2021, at our upcoming virtual community meeting.

Our project team will provide an overview of what to expect throughout the construction process and answer any questions you may have.
