Dominion Energy will begin deconstruction of the Substation plaza starting Nov 15. Work will be completed in December, and the new green space area will begin construction in 2022. See the attached transportation plan for the slip lane, sidewalk, and other associated closures.

The County is almost done, but AHCA still has areas of concern about the proposed Plan. Top among them – too much focus on flexibility at the expense of lack of commitments for essential community services for undeveloped park space, schools, and community centers.
