On the agenda are a community-led proposal to beautify the new park at 20th & Ives, and a discussion on Housing. We’ll have an update on our two workshops on housing affordability, followed by County Board member Katie Cristol presenting the county’s “Missing Middle” study.

Your neighbors in the civic association working group for the new park space at 20th and Ives streets have been hard at work! A basic design and elements are proposed to be discussed at the March 11 AHCA meeting.

On the agenda are Climate and Energy, and what you can do. County Board Member Matt de Ferranti also returns to share his perspectives on the Livability work, and follow up on last November’s traffic discussion.
