On the agenda are a community-led proposal to beautify the new park at 20th & Ives, and a discussion on Housing. We’ll have an update on our two workshops on housing affordability, followed by County Board member Katie Cristol presenting the county’s “Missing Middle” study.

Ives Park Update – Feb 23
Your neighbors in the civic association working group for the new park space at 20th and Ives streets have been hard at work! A basic design and elements are proposed to be discussed at the March 11 AHCA meeting.

Ives Park Working Group Update
The working group tasked with identifying and presenting possible ways the community could improve the park space at 20th & Ives held their first meeting on Feb 7th.
