Proposed Bylaw Changes

The following are potential changes being proposed to the AHCA bylaws. These were reviewed at the September meeting, and need to be approved at the October meeting before taking effect.

1. Clarify Eligibility to residents within Aurora Highlands boundaries

2. Increase quorum and 3. Clarify “presence” for virtual meetings to support online voting options

4. Require advertising of topics being voted on

5. Correct Typo
