Site Plan Review Process

At our March 2022 AHCA meeting, Elise Cleva and Erika Moore of the County planning office gave us a short presentation on the Site Plan Review Process, explaining how we can be involved, and what type of input we can provide specifically in the JBGSmith development of the River House site. They followed up their presentation by sending helpful links that lay out the process and keep us informed about the progress of each development project in the County. Our members and neighbors are very interested in the River House site development project, and so the developer, JBG Smith, has offered to attend our April 13, 2022 meeting to hear our ideas and concerns about the project.
