Join us April 13 for our regular monthly meeting. On the agenda we have a discussion about funding for Neighborhood Conservation. Then we will be joined by Matt Ginivan of JBGSmith to hear our ideas about the River House site design.
In new business there are two items to discuss. The first issue is about whether to extend the time period to allow TOSAS, i.e. the temporary outdoor restaurant seating in the parking areas around the restaurants on 23rd Street. The second issue is concerning whether we should lobby the County Board to allow beer and wine to be sold at special events in the parks.

Dominion Energy will begin deconstruction of the Substation plaza starting Nov 15. Work will be completed in December, and the new green space area will begin construction in 2022. See the attached transportation plan for the slip lane, sidewalk, and other associated closures.
